Andrew Thompson, of Nashville, Tennessee, is best known as the composer/guitarist/keyboardist who is half of Hammock, the popular musical duo. Hammock is widely considered one of the world's leading post-rock ambient acts, and their latest album, Maybe They Will Sing For Us Tomorrow, was named the #4 Best Indie Album of 2008 by the New York Examiner. Andrew studied art and graphic design before launching his music career, and he now oversees Hammock's beautiful cover art and produces the videos that are an integral part of their live performances.
